This is a great opportunity to revisit a workout from last week. On Monday we did Nasty Girls. This is heavier and has higher complexity . If you haven’t done Nasty Girls – it isn’t a bad idea to do that today.

Go heavier than last week, but scale the gymnastics correctly.
