A1: Romanian Deadlift (RDL) (5 5 5 @ 75% of PCL )

A2: Reverse Lunges (3 x 5 ea. leg @ 50-60% of BSQ)

B1: Single Arm Shoulder Press (3 x 6 ea. arm from 1/2 kneeling)

Do the same weight per arm, if injured then use two separate weights.

B2: Weighted Pull-ups (3 x 5 increase weight each round)
