Lily Gregory – CF L1

Lily grew up in Boise but moved away after high school to play college softball in the midwest. She ended her education career at Boise State University and graduated Cum Laude with a Multidisciplinary Studies degree with a Leadership Communications certification. She began CrossFit in 2019 and has since then found her home at Verdant in June of 2021 where she got her CrossFit-L1 certification in May of 2023. Shortly after joining verdant, she fell in love with the barbell and has competed in Olympic Weightlifting since her first competition in January of 2022. She has qualified and competed in U25 Nationals 2022, AO Finals 2022, Nationals 2023, and has qualified for AO Finals coming up in 2023.
