How to Start CrossFit
Verdant CrossFit opened in Boise in 2014. In 2019, Verdant CrossFit North is opening in Star, Idaho! We are incredibly excited as this represents not only growth for the business that we love, but an opportunity to grow our community. We have picked a small unit located at 246 N Seneca Way to begin our next journey.
Our hours of operation are 6am, 8:15am, 9:30am, 12pm, 5:15pm, and 6:15pm. This is where you come in! If you would like to have a specific class time, please email or call/text us at 208-972-9272!
At Verdant CrossFit we strive to move with virtuosity. That means doing the common uncommonly well. Over the years, we have found that the best place to learn new skills and hone your abilities is in a one-on-one setting. There are five On-Ramp classes and each one builds on the last. At our Star location we will still be offering these onramps classes, however they will not be mandatory as we expect most of our athletes will be fairly new to CrossFit!
Our On-Ramp classes are done one-on-one with a coach. Each On-Ramp session is set up to flow just like our classes do. Each day starts off with a general warm up, then there is a specific warm up that involves more moving and stretching. Next, you will learn the skills for the day. This portion constitutes the bulk of the hour. After you feel confident in the new movements we cap the day off with a little workout.
For anyone interested we always provide a free week to make sure that Verdant is the right place for you! Don’t hesitate to come on in!

Barbell Club
There are a few ways to begin at Verdant Barbell Club. If you’re new to Olympic Lifting and you’re interested in starting for the first time, our Barbell Development Program (BDP) is right for you.

Teen Strength and Conditioning
Strength and Conditioning for teenagers and pre-teens. We have worked with Boise High Boy’s and Girl’s Lacrosse Teams as well as local soccer teams. We teach basic lifts as well as complex lifts as our students progress.
