Lily grew up in Boise but moved away after high school to play college softball in the midwest. She ended her education career at Boise State University and graduated Cum Laude with a Multidisciplinary Studies degree with a Leadership Communications certification. She began CrossFit in 2019 and has since found her home at Verdant. In June of 2021, she got her CrossFit Level-1 certificate in May of 2023. Shortly after joining Verdant, she fell in love with the barbell and competed in Olympic Weightlifting. Since her first competition in January of 2022, she has qualified and competed in U25 Nationals 2022, AO Finals 2022, Nationals and AO Finals in 2023. Lily is the 2023 American Open Finals champion in her weight class.
