Sara graduated from Boise State University with a nursing degree before moving to Johnson City, TN where she picked up crossfit in 2012. She fell in love with building strength and pushing outside my comfort zone. When moved back to Boise in 2018, he jumped right back into CrossFit. In 2021, Sara earned her Level-1 certificate and has been coaching ever since. She loves watching people grow physically and mentally.
