Our Everyday CrossFit program was built to help people live in stronger, more mobile bodies. Our workouts will help you do the basics better. We use the same concepts as CrossFit, “constantly varied, functional movement performed at high intensity,” but we focus more on foundational movement patterns such as squatting, hinging, pressing, pulling, deadlifting, running and jumping.
Everyday CrossFit class sizes tend to be smaller, and we spend a little more time on explanations. Our EveryDay CrossFit coaches are experts in scaling, so we’ll help you choose the movements and the effort level that will be challenging, yet doable.
If you’re nervous about jumping right into CrossFit, our Everyday CrossFit classes are a great place to start. They’re also a great place to start if you’ve had an injury, or feel like you need a little extra time orienting in a gym.
