Gabe started CrossFit in 2018 after moving to Boise for college and quickly found a home in the community. In 2021 and 2022 he competed competitively in the U25 USAW weightlifting program and started coaching CrossFit in August of 2023. His favorite movements are the Clean + Jerk, butterfly pull-ups, and running.
