Our Nightmare competition is spooky fun and will challenge even the most skilled and competitive CrossFitters. We open this same-gender pairs competition to people outside the Verdant membership, so if you’re interested in competing for some cool prizes and money, we encourage you to sign up–no matter where you CrossFit!
This competition is not just for elites. We have scaled and RX divisions, so no matter your skill or fitness level, you can come work out, compete, and have fun. Grab a friend, an enemy, or the next-door neighbor.
For the Nightmare competition, we try to incorporate some movements and skills that competitors might not be used to seeing in their daily classes. That means you may find yourself doing something you’ve never done before!
