Bailey is originally from Beaverton, OR and started her CrossFit journey in early 2021 at Southwest Beaverton CrossFit while finishing her doctorate degree in physical therapy. She graduated in 2022 from George Fox University and is now practicing physical therapy full time working in sports orthopedics. Bailey has been a member at Verdant for almost three years and received her L1 in October of 2022 and began coaching at Verdant in the spring of 2023. Her favorite CrossFit movements are rowing and snatching.
