Jeffrey began CrossFit in 2015 in Washington state at CrossFit North Pacific (now Washougal River CrossFit) but joined Verdant in 2019 when he came to start school at Boise State University. Jeff began coaching at Verdant in 2023. His favorite CrossFit movements are snatching and back squatting. Jeff holds a CrossFit Level-1 certificate and qualified for the 2023 quarterfinals. Back in 2017, he took 5th in the world for the CrossFit Team Series competition (age division 16-17).
