Lindsey moved to Boise in 2017 to attend school at Boise State University. She cheered at BSU for 4 years (2017-2021) and was a captain of the cheerleading team the 2020/21 school year. She graduated with an Elementary Education degree with a literacy endorsement, and a minor in family studies. She began CrossFit in August of 2019 and instantly loved the community and the challenges that came with learning new movements. She received her CrossFit Level-1 certificate in December of 2019 and her CrossFit Level-2 certificate in February of 2023. She has been competing in weightlifting since 2021 and qualified and competed in U25 nationals 2021, AO finals 2022, Nationals 2022, and Qualified for AO 2023 but was pregnant so did not compete. Lindsey is now a proud mama.
