I’ve lost 43lbs during my journey AND kept the weight off during the hardest times of the year. If you are thinking about doing the nutrition challenge but aren’t sure, DO IT! I promise you won’t regret it.
I first started this nutrition challenge in May of last year and got the opportunity to work with Tara. I was skeptical about how it would go and what results I would truly see. Having done similar nutrition/coaching programs in the past, from my experience they don’t tend to last and focus on fast weight loss vs long term sustainability. It is safe to say this isn’t your normal nutrition challenge or coach!!! Tara and this nutrition challenge not only crushed all my expectations but truly changed my life! My workouts feel better, I recover faster, sleep better, I’m a more conscious grocery shopper, and what I prioritize with all meals (Hint: its protein!).
Lastly, this challenge isn’t about telling you what you can’t have. It’s about teaching you to balance consistency with fun, while focusing on your short- and long-term goals. I’ll never regret doing this challenge and getting the opportunity to work with Tara. Thank you for all you have taught, encouraged, and held me accountable too over this past year. I wouldn’t be where I am today without you!!!
Great and consistent programming and coaching. Members and staff are welcoming; it’s great that they use Wodify (makes it easy to transfer data from other boxes). I most appreciate that the instructors provide active feedback and know everyone well enough to give specific and actionable coaching. They’re not afraid to give helpful and active feedback, which is what I’m there for. Good range of members, so you’ll be in good company no matter where you’re at in your exercise journey.
Honestly, can’t think of a single negative. Parking is slightly more constrained, but they managed to carve out lots of options and spaces, so it works.
